The Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovation (OVPREI) is now accepting applications for the Scientific Publication Award (SPA) for papers, books, or book chapters published in the CY 2024 (OP Memo Circular # 201, series of 2025).
To facilitate the evaluation process by the Publication Evaluation and Incentives Committee, eligible submissions following the prescribed forms/documents should be submitted online (scanned copy) via the form* below by August 15, 2025.
To apply for the award, please complete the requirements: Form 1 -Application Form, Form 2 – Layman’s Summary, and Form 3/4 – Guide for Unit Evaluation, and obtain endorsement from your Unit Head through your Research or Awards Committee. Please be guided accordingly by the revised guidelines of the VSU SPA outlined below.
