Backed by innovation and science, this breakthrough product—funded by PCAARRD-ACIAR and protected under Utility Model No. 2-2016-001117—is processed under vacuum at low temperatures (below 100°C) to lock in the flavor, color, and nutritional goodness of ripe jackfruit.

The result? A crunchy, golden snack with no added sugar, no preservatives, and packed with natural vitamin C, manganese, and other essential nutrients.
