VSU Isabel Holds Re-echo Seminar on Impact Assessment Packaging

On March 6, 2026, Extension Project Leaders and Extension Coordinators gathered at the Quality Assurance Center (QAC) of Visayas State University – Isabel Campus for the Re-echo Seminar on Capacitating Extension Project Leaders on Impact Assessment Packaging.

The seminar was initiated by the Director of Research, Extension, and Innovation (REI), Darry Mhei L. Morales, as part of the campus’ continuing efforts to strengthen the capacity of extension implementers in assessing and documenting the impact of community-based programs.

Serving as resource persons were Simon Peter P. Diano and Jhon Rey C. Sardido, who previously attended a similar capacity-building seminar at the VSU Main Campus last year. Through the re-echo session, they shared valuable insights and practical approaches on properly assessing, documenting, and packaging the impact of extension projects.

The activity aimed to enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills in conducting impact assessments and preparing comprehensive documentation that highlights the outcomes and community contributions of extension initiatives.
